for bog basic free webspace, your best bet would be your ISP, most provide free or cheap webspace.

however, if you wanted to do more interesting stuff, like using PHP or SQL, you'd almost certainly have to find another provider.

I think Chrisw provides free locostbuilders webspace (ie an address with "locostbuilders in it). Check out Ned's page, I'm sure his is a locostbuilders one.

I U2U'ed him about some for me but I think he forgot
