Outlook Express

I've just set up a website and I'm configuring Outlook Express to deal with the email side. How can I get Outlook to automatically receive new emails without me having to click on send/receive every time I want to check?

I know it's possible but can't find how...

Cheers

Pete

I think I've sorted it now, found an option where you can get it to automatically check every few minutes, don't know how I missed it the first time!
