Testing CGI scripts

Can anyone recommend some software that I can use to test CGI scripts on my pc , better still can I get a download somewhere?

Apache is not user friendly to set up in Windows --- for test as long as you are not exposing the server to the net there are loads of simpler free or shareware web servers you can download go to Tucows or Nonags shareware sites. Most are very easy to install.

KF Web Server has cgi support see http://www.keyfocus.net/kfws/

Abys is another see http://www.aprelium.com/

as is Savant see http://savant.sourceforge.net/
