Bitlord & Wireless Router

I've just set up a wireless network at home and now I can't get Bitlord to work

I found this site:
http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Linksys/WAG54G/BitLord.htm

but I can't see why I'd have to type in the details to the web page? Can anyone tell me how I can set it up?

Cheers,

G

I followed their tutorial for seting up my netgear router to work with DC++ and it was pretty staightforward. Just follow each step and don't skip anything and you should be fine.

You just have to open the ports so that BitLord can use them.

On my Belkin Router it was under vituals servers.

The webpage the you get by typing in 192.168.2.1 or whatever is the router setup page. If you post a screen dump im sure we can help you fill it it.

Oh and if by typing the details into the webpage you mean the portforwarding info one, thats just so they can tell you exactly what to type in, just to make it easier for you.

Agreed it is just a port configuration on the router - probably 6881 or similar for p2p
