Hi Guys
got over my supanet problem by purchasing a copy of XP home with sp2 great got my freeserve connection back.
just tried to buy some bits for my sons radio controlled car and the system prevents me from giving my credit card details tried to pay by my paypal
account same thing. Something to do with java script being disabled. had a look in TOOLS...INTERNET OPTIONS...ADVANCED.
But there is no mention of Java... any ideas Could XP's firewall be blocking it

Actually there is, but for that you need the Java SDK. But my advice would be to
get FireFox, Its much betterer

The settings for java scripting are actually in Tools->Internet Options->Security->Custom Level. Scroll down to the 'Scripting'
session and ensure 'Active Scripting' is set to enable.
I would, though, agree with CommaderAce that FireFox is better.

<pedantry>Java and Javascript (or Ecmascript) are completely different things.
One's a cross-platform programming language (that loves memory) and the other's a scripting language used in browsers.</pedantry>
