afraid i opened it,it keeps telling me to download some virus software and play poker,deleted the mail now so cant tell you its addy/name
it starts with "ive got a web site now" btw

Sounds like an adware problem.

Just run adaware and spybot search and destroy (both free) and it should kill it.

This is the reason why i dont save peoples email addresses in a contact list, i just keep one mail from everyone i might want to contact. Few things more embarassing than sending everyone a virus!

I assume your spybot program is up to date?

And that you are turning system restore off when you use it to remove anything?

well all my virus stuff couldnt get rid of it,a quick system restore seems to have done the trick
