Bought new 'puter, what next?
I finally gave in and bought a new computer. Dell delivered today and I'm about to start un-wrapping the boxes. Question is, how best to
transfer stuff from my old computer to the new one.
Files and stuff I have a USB flash drive that I can transfer and most of the programmes I have on CD.
But it's things like my Outlook address book and internet access I don't know how to transfer. At the minute I have a fixed ISP. Will
this transfer to the new computer as it's on the same phone line?

Believe it or not
The MIGRATION WIZARD aint bad - worked for me and I only tested it for a laugh.
It's nowhere near as good as the APPLE one - but still performs well.
Start new computer - click the following
START --> ALL PROGRAMS --> ACCESSORIES ---> SYSTEM TOOLS --> FILES AND SETTINGS TRANSFER
Then follow the on-screen instructions. The DELL PC will be the 'HOST' or recipient of information from your old machine
I'll U2U contact details if ya get stuck
