Outlook Express help needed

When trying to send a picture from my mates computer if you right click on the file and using the send to option outlook express opens but fails to attach the file this only happens with picture files all other file types work fine.

If you open an email and then attach the picture everything works fine.

Anyone know how to fix this?????

Dump Outlook and install Mozilla Thunderbird... better, faster etc etc etc and it's FREE!

Dont be scared it will import your address book, config's and everything! You wont look back...

Quite a common problem but can have different causes. Most likely is the picture file is too large for the mailserver of one of the ISPs. Try sending a very small image file and see if that gets through.

If not follow Hellfires advice and install Thunderbird and try sending with it it ----- also I strongly recommend installing Picassa 2 and selecting and send emails from it.
