how do i set it up ???

Install the local printer (if not already done), right click on the icon and select "sharing" you might need to be logged on as an administrator, but apart from that, there is little else to it.

but how do i access it through the router ?

i can see the pc with the printer when i got computers near me, in network places..... but cant get no further

Do you mean access it from another computer?

Go to the other computer and add a new printer. Choose Network Printer then either browse for it the way you found it in network places or choose the middle option and type the printer's address directly:

\\computer-name\printer-share-name

So if the computer is called sally and the share name for the printer is hpinkjet you would type \\sally\hp-inkjet here.
