Office 2007 .xlsx file conversion
I was using a trial version of Office 2007 and made a Excel file, now the trial has run out I cannot save the file as another format.
Does anyone have a copy of Office 2007 and would convert 2 files for me from the new format to the old format.
The formats are .xlsx and .docx

Try changing the file extension to the old extension

MS make available a Microsoft
Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats. Or you could wait for the next release of
OpenOffice which is supposed to support ms oxml files. For those who dont know, OpenOffice is a free and Open
Source MS office compatible Office suite similar in functionality to MS Office 97 which is more than good enough for most peoples requirements

But Office 2007 is so very swish....
There is a crack for MSOffice2007 too
