Free CAD software
i need to model a throttle body flang but i dont have any software.
can anyone recomend a good free CAD program.

any others. im not too good with CAD software and the two suggested were not easy to use. i could not figure out how to create a flat plate with a
metal tube welded on it.

I've used AllyCad (which is freeware and has had other names in the past).
It's only 2D (so I guess it's usefullness depends on what you mean by model) but is very simple to use since it's really just an
electronic drawingboard in that you use construction lines and then draw over them to produce the finished drawing.
It will output to a .dxf file if required and can be downloaded from alleycad.com.
