Anybody got any old laptop memory for sale?

I've only got what looks like 256Mb of memory in my old laptop used by my daughter, it's super slow...... I've attached an image of it below and here's what's written on it:

256Mb, DDR, 266Mhz CL2.5

Anybody got anything larger I can put in there?

If you're not living life on the edge you're taking up too much room.

Jasper - I'm bound to have some knocking around. Do you have two slots or one?

And Jasper, when he says he's bound to have some lying around he means it!!!

You know that seen in Indiana Jones where the bird is walking on all the Creepy Crawlies, that's what it's like at Mike's house, only it's memory/processors etc

Found two 256's - sod's law!!

Have also found two 1 Gigs but too fast for your older system. I'll continue digging in the house but I know I have some at work!

Cheers Jasper

Have you checked the maximum memory that the motherboard can support? Some older systems won't work with large memory modules.

Popped it in the post earlier this week Jasper. Should have winged its way to you by now!

Cheers
