Use the attach button below the Message box?

Or just attach it to your post and leave the rest to the audience.

If click on the attachment box and then browse to the file on my computer, when i then post it nothing happens. where should the excel file be in the first place? just on my computer, or should i have uploaded it somewhere, somehow. Cheers Simon

It's a file on your PC but it should upload to LCB and the post when you finish the post - That's all I did!

I didn't upload the file first - It's not needed!
