Keep quiet and charge extra for doing their work!!!

If you shop them they may get nasty!!

Why not offer them a service of cleaning and re-installing the OS properly on their machines for them prior to sale. You get the business then whether their customer comes to you or not.

They wont stay in business for long, so create an off shoot company that steals any trade they leave behind.

at a guess their prices are cheaper than yours due to them selling second hand / illegal stuff.

I'd therefore expect them to be in business for a long time - people in this country love a bargin.

If they're doing OS stuff, FAST is the place to start.

I get similar at work albeit in a dif field.
'We bought such and such from Argos and can't put it together or need spares for it etc.' I generally tell em to take it back to where they got it from. They've some bloody cheek asking us to show them how something works etc. when they bought it somewhere else.

I'd tell the people coming to you to get their systems fixed to go and complain to Trading Standards.

Oh - and charge the people a realistic rate for sorting their rubbish out, if they insist.
