my outlook e mail thingy has died,i tried outlook express and still no joy,the error message i get is 0x800ccc0e,any ideas peeps

opened a g mail account,it receives mail sent to my bt addy from now on so there may be a few mails lost in hyperspace,any chance of finding these?

its getting worse
ive downloaded firefox,still not working (cant get password from bt internet)
says site is down,can anyone else with bt internet pleas try their e mail
