E-mail Account
Guys,
I've set up an e-mail address for my daughter and created a separate user account on the PC for her to log onto. I've gone through the
setup process as instructed and eventually managed to send an e-mail from her to me and vice-versa. Problem is, I can't seem to connect using
her name and password anymore?? Everytime I try to connect, it says 'Invalid username & password'. I know it isn't though cos
I've checked it and re-checked it. Besides, I've already sent and received e-mail from her.
Does anybody know what I need to do to correct it?
Phil

Again, don't wish to be insulting.... but it is usually the obvious we all tend to over-look....
Assuming XP ? 'Start' >> 'Set Program Access and Defaults' .... for your daughters account....
check that the configuration you have chosen for her has the email box checked.....
You may find this in 'Custom' and click on the ^ arrow to the right of it....
Sorry if this is too obvious
