no mail
using outlook,all i get is "unable to connect to server",tried firefox version and same message,anyone else having these probs?.
please keep answers in terms a simpleton can understand

still not playing ball tho i have managed to receive a mail via my TLEN (polish) addy,any ideas peeps as i have a mail i need to send by tomorrow eve
at the latest
ive got yahoomail to work but thats not a lot of good if all my hate mail goes to my btinternet addy?

If you want 100% reliable email for business purposes you really have to pay for it.
Zen will give you an email box with decent junk & virus filtering and webmail for £7.50 per quarter we have been using one for about 6 years
without a glitch.
Your outgoing email will still depend on your ISP's outgoing server but if that goes down you can still use web mail.
