why if i click on "you have 1 new u2u message" does nothing happen

it should open up the u2u pop up, you browser might be blocking it,
does it work if you just press the U2U button in top left?

At the bottom of your screen do you have a box locost close it then open the u2u like norm

yeah, if you already have the u2u window open, it won't open another one
