Ebay

Once you have started an auction I understand that you are not supposed to end it early.

Just suppose you have sold the item elsewhere - is there a function that allows you to end your auction early ? If not then what is the best way to do it ?

I can't remember how to do it, but the option to cancel the listing is there somewhere.
It's impossible to cancel an auction that has less than 12 hours to go.

* the missus says there should be a drop-down menu on your item's page, choose "end item early".
If you need any more info, I can ask her when she's out of the shower

The option you are looking for is.
"End the auction early because the item is no longer for sale."

That's pretty accurate in these circumstances.

Click the "HELP" button on the top of the page and search foe ending auction.
Step by step process.
