DVD Authoring

As the proud owner of a new DVD burner, I've copied a couple of disks using Nero 6 and all seems well.

However, I'm used to making SVCD's with animated menus of my own videos from my camcorder. Does anyone know of some software that'll do animated menu creation and CD (VOB) authoring that's free?

What do you guys use?

Cheers,

Neil.

You may wish to try TMPGenc DVD Author.

It does all the animated menus. You can have a clip of each chapter playing in the menu and all that stuff.
Try here
