Have you tried using the Professional version of Acrobat as opposed to the freebie?

Some PDFs are locked so you can type stuff on them, then print them, but not save them with the info youve added.

No real way around that.

Was looking at that and we may go down that route.
I've got a hundred and twenty to do so it needs to work without troubles.
Dam divorce took the computer it was working on!!!!!

I emailed the author tester Steve for help and we shall see what's up

They are editable fields as you point out but we had it working pre valentines massacre so who knows what's changed in adobe.... Decking updates causing havoc
