Return of OCZ faulty product.
Has anyone on here been able to return a faulty product to OCZ ( power pack failed within one week)
See below, I am unable to fill in form as requested. UK not available from drop down list !!
OCZ uses the ticket system to ensure our customers are assisted in the order recieved. Please create a ticket here for troubleshooting or to set up an

Can you not return it where you bought it, or do OCZ sell direct?

FWIW, I wouldn't touch OCZ PSUs with a long stick, Every single one I'm aware of someone owning has released the blue smoke.
I'd try getting a refund via the store and buy a corsair or enermax PSU, I've been running both in various machines for years with no
major issues.

Their SSD's aren't much better it seems.
