log in problems via laptop

Hi folks,
I'm having problems logging in to this and other websites from my new laptop - it's just not recognising my password. any ideas?

Num Lock

have a look for numlock key. possibly fn + f7 together but could be anything. this will if on turn half the keyboard intonumbers (they will be in a lighter colour on the top right of the key ). this is the normal problem laptop users get when their password mysteriously locks and they have done nuthin honest !!!

tried all 3 things suggested now...

cookies were set at prompt...now allowed

still no joy....

Right..... its all sorted out now...

went onto the dell techy line and talked through it...they said cookies too - after going through the setup th guy was stumped. Called me back and suggested restoring windows...

anyway, thats sorted it, so thanks guys for your suggestions...with the exception of Mango....
