Putting images in body of email

I need to send a customer an image - but she can't receive attachments - so I need to send it in the body of the email.

I'm using Outlook and presume it has to be an
HTML email, but when I try to put it in - it just adds it as an attachment.

Any ideas?

If you upload it to some where and then link to it in your email?

If attachments are blocked a pound to a penny html email is converted to text.
