Run spybot and more importantly Hijack This (be careful though, if you dont know what to delete post a list of the entries and i will try to help)

I doubt you have got anything on your PC, its more likely that your password was too easy to crack in the first place. Its easy to crack a lot of peoples passwords, even if they have numbers and letters, as people tend to use an obvious combination.

At least you got it back tho

Me too

My missus rang me at work a couple of weeks ago and told me our account had been hijacked. When I looked from work, without a word of a lie something like £1/4 millon of gear appeared on our listing. She was in a battle with who ever it was to gain control of the account, ie she was sat there re-entering the account password and
trying to fend off emails from people enquiring. Eventually she lost control completely and ll the emails were being directed to whoever it was. Obivoulsy people began to twig. The listing was asking for contact to be made outside ebay ,hence people smellt something nasty. Ebay were good about it but but contacting them is a nightmare ad having to wait for an online session was painful.
As someone said to me im sure it must be an inside job from Ebay or a key logger some where.
We have installed Web root spy sweeper which seems fairly good. It has a free trial for a week or two.

The hijack gets its initial toe hold by spoofing via a popup window that appears over the top of a real ebay page first line of defence only use run a browser that blocks popups eg Firefox
Firefox also has extensions you can down load that help warn you if you get redirected to a spoofed site.
