no display
On my other pc i have no display the pc boots up ok by the sounds of it but the screen remans blank
i have checked screen and it works ok on this pc
any ideas what it is, could it be the graphics card ?
will be grateful of any help

Swap cards from one machine to the other. That should confirm it.

Is it vga or pci graphic card?
You should get a beep code from your bios, usually 1 long and 2 short. I have one in an old motherboard and when it comes loose it tells me.

I have seen where the video refresh rate gets screwy and goes to high for the monitor to know what to do with, so the monitor shuts down. Rebooting
in Safe mode or vga enabled if your in windows will let youknow if thats the issue.
