autocad printing - arrrggggghhh

i use autocad ocassionaly, and have a problem which i hope is me being daft.... printing lots of drawings

i have a set of drawings, 75 drawings in all

all have identical dimensions, inside a standard template

is there any way to print them all, other than opening them individualy and printing them??

help!

Depends on what version of AutoCad - on older versions you can batch plot, on newer ones (2002 onwards I think) you would have to use 'Publish' (in the 'File' Drop down menu) BUT it will only print drawings to the plotter specified in that drawings 'page setup' - so you might have to open each drawing anyway to change the plotter if they all specify different plotters.....

Unless anyone knows an easier way

I think I have seen in windows that you can drag a file and drop it onto a printer icon (never tried done it myself) - maybe you can select a whole bunch of files and do the same? (sounds too good to be true....)
