Any way to record 'Listen Again' radio recordings

There was some great dance music played on Radio 1 over New year. It's all on Radio 1 Listen again for a week, but is there any way to record it as it plays and covert to MP3 so I can keep it?

Wondering if there is some downloadable audio package that could manage it?

Get Winamp and there are lots of programs to record from it and thousands of radio stations to record from.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

If you go online and listen to it, if you have realplayer, it will comeup with a download option when you scroll over the window.

I use Audacity for that. Just press play on the 'play again' and 'record' on audacity. You can then save it in various formats.
