Looks like a good spec. depends how much it was... remove Vista and make it faster...

I wouldn't touch it - I've had allot of hassle with Fujitsu stuff (2 or 3 dead hard disks, laptops that don't last any time at
all....)
whats you budget ?
whats your current/ old machine ?
what do you use it for ?
