I need to contact ebay to complain that i feel i'm being treated unfairly but i cant even find a 'contact us' link anywhere.

Don't waste your time mate. Only way is to chat on line with someone 3000 miles away who just gives you generic answers.... wound me up so much
That was about 6 months ago, unless they have set a customer help line up since....but i doubt it.

Cheers

0208 6053000 although it's not published by Ebay, apparently option 3 (whatever that may be??) gets you a real human being. Just for the record I aint ever used it I just found it on the net.

Or 020 8080 2105. Real people on this one too, though you may need your user ID and have over a certain amount of feedbacks....

Ebay don't give a damn. They're too busy shovelling money into bank accounts

If you open a dispute case it will start off as an automatic case and if it doesn't get resolved it will be put in a que to be looked at by someone from eBay.
