If you're a new-ish seller selling a high-priced item then yes[1], the payment is held in escrow until good feedback is left or no complaint is
received with 21 days...

i have a 183 pos feedback but i want the money to go into my wifes paypal shes had it around 12 months used it about 5 times the items are gonna be
about £150 ish i hope

how is that going to work then?
if the buyer never puts feedback of any sort, and I cannot see how ebay//paypal can enforce them too, does it mean the seller doesn;t get any
money?
seems crazy.

no if they dont leave feedback, then the payment is given to the seller after 21 days as long as no complaint is sent to paypal
does seem as if ebay and paypal are ever more on the side of buyers, to the point of one wondering if they want any business at all! if everyone
played to the rules it would be fine but u cant tell if a buyer is decent and they could leave bad feedback just to be a to$$er
