scammers

i seem to be attracting scammers again,the ones that ask for bank details,is there any way i can reply and give them some abuse etc without giving away my e mail addy etc?

Id also be interested. I get quite a few but normally just delete them. It would be good to wind them up

forward them to the banks fraud department ! and they will investigate ! thats what HSBC told me ! so i send all these things to them .there address is on the banks main website!

i got the hsbc ones...never had anything to do with them, it was a bit obvious...

Don't reply unless you know what your doing.

I did that once, and from then on received 1000's of crap emails.

If you reply they then know that email address is valid.

i assumed they just bulk mailed them out and if returned from a "disposable" addy they couldnt hit you? oh well i was looking forwards to some fun

Sign up for one of the disposable email addresses.

http://www.mailinator.com/

Anonymous and you dont get anything sent to your proper email. Mailinator addys you can keep as long as you need IIRC whereas Guerrilla Mail is 15mins only.

Both are good for using to register free software etc.
