I once sent you a lengthy U2U about the lightning process and your reply was tantamount to no reply

Ehhhh????? I sent you my mobile number and said 'Give me a ring' - you can't get much more helpful than that! And the offer is still
open.......

That seems more than fair to me, even if there was some expense involved, a bit unreasonable to expect someone to do a load of typing rather than to
call them.

Hey Jasper, you think that's bad, try this.....
I see a u2u as a private thing between you and the other party, and should not be repeated.
I was Googling for a particular material's supplier, when bugger me I'm looking at my u2u, copied and pasted word for word, on a
GT40's forum!!!! Blood boil?? Way past that!! But you can be well assured that gent will never get any useable advice from me ever again.
It put me off giving detailed technical advice to anyone on here, unless in person. And that's how it's going to remain.

lol. I found out all I needed to know at the time from online research/emails etc. I was just bringing it up to have a jab at the lightning proce$$!
