Ebay phone number??
Does anyone have a phone number for ebay at all??
At the weekend i went onto ebay to have a look and found a job lot of handbags for sale on my account with a starting price of £220!!!!! Now i dont
own a handbag, never mind a job lot (HONEST!!!!! ) so no idea how they got there!!
I reported it to ebay as a possible hijacked account (my password was saved on my computer so auto logged in) as well as asked about reclaiming the
listing fee and awaited there response, clearing out all passwords saved on my laptop while i was at it. I have since been unable to log into Ebay and
am not receiving any emails requesting Login help. Ebay havent responded to any requests for help so i am really annoyed with them now and taken my
current bank details out of Paypal)
Any suggestions?? HEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP

I had the exact same thing happen to me and I too dont own or want a handbag.
They froze my account when I made the complaint so they could investigate.
To be fair to them they sorted it really quick but I used the live chat feature.

when i had a problem i got in contact with them via email using the following address:
rswebhelp@ebay.com
head your mail with the following:
ATTN: Trust and Safety Team
They was very helpful with me, and always replied to my problem. Previous to this i had tried all other routes with ebay, and was getting nowhere.. i
was nearly pulling my hair out, and i was just going round in circles i got this address from an ebay.com employee using the live chat option (
which we still dont have on ebay.co.uk for whatever reason)

They removed the listing within an hour from what i saw......... but that was Saturday and they still havent got back to me. I was guessing they froze
my account while they investigated but 5 days later they still havent been in touch!! Will ring them now on the number given and report back.
Cheers chaps.

What an absolute waste of time ebay is!!!!! Spent ages going through identity and because i couldnt remember the email address i set the account up
under (about 5 or 6 years ago) i had to describe in detail a bike i sold 3 years ago!! Despite all that over 15 mins they then told me they couldnt
verify my ID and i would need to send in a copy of my driving licence and they would inform me of my decission within 72 hours!!!!
Told them to stick their account!!!!! Waste of time!!! Grrrrrrr
