EBAY - HELP!!
Just had a mail (ebay secure message) from ebay saying
quote:
Dear mad4x4
, Thanks for your interest in this Fixed Price listing: 200312597110 - Unlocked i9+ / i68+ Quad BAND AT&T T-Mobile Cell Phone Unfortunately, the
item is no longer available for purchase. This is disappointing for everyone, but sometimes it's necessary to protect you as a buyer. There are
three main reasons why we remove listings: -- The listing doesn't follow eBay guidelines. -- The item isn't allowed on eBay or can only be
listed under certain conditions. -- The listing contains pictures or words in it that may have created copyright or trademark issues. If the seller is
able to fix the problem and relist the item, we hope you'll bid on it again. We apologize for the inconvenience and have many other great deals
on eBay. Just go to http://www.ebay.com to continue your shopping today. We hope to see you soon. Thank you, eBay Inc. Please don't reply to
this message. It was sent from an address that doesn't accept incoming email.
What does this mean ? i'm confused as I have already paid the seller for the above item....

It means you've lost your money, ebay have realised the seller is a con artist, but as usual too late.

I had something similar after paying for an item from china, as I had only paid £1 I didnt worry, but the item arrived approx 1 week later. I'm
not saying you will receive the item but sometimes Ebay do strange things. Hope things work out OK for you.

contact seller and ask WTF goes on. It might just be pulled because its an unlocked phone, he may be a genuine seller.

I can;t contact seller as the item is no longer on my "bought Items" list so therefore no -"contact seller button"
I did pay with PAYPAL so should get there protection - but hassle. EBAY is getting BAD!!

I've had this happen a couple of times, and always received my goods.
You know the name of the seller, check if they are selling anything else, you can contact then through any auction.

Ebay has always been bad.
When you email their customer services department, ive always had a response from the most unhelpful, smarmy (if that is a word) bunch of W*kers on
the planet (other than insurance companies and my old boss).
Put the claim in as soon as you can, and get your money back as item not received. You should quote their email to you. If the item turns up, great
youve got one up on them. It would be their fault for being so disorganised.
Kindest Regards,
Richard.

It dosen't mean the item hasn't been posted but if it has you should get tracking info via the Paypal system if not raise a complaint
against the seller and keep it open as this freezes the payment.
However I would say to be careful what items you buy via ebay --- buying a cell phone off ebay is something I wouldn't do.
