ooh what kind of things does it fix?

does it let you choose a time for its auto standby, instead of it just deciding to do it whenever, usually just as i get into bed with the telly on, and the control's downstairs? (multiroom thingy on 1 box)

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

i didn't check that!

you now have a picture in picture when navigating the tv guide and you can preview channels in the pip without leaving tv guide. Currently you have to view the channel to find out you don't want to watch the show and then have to navigate back through the tv guide to get where you were before

different colour scheme

different tab style services layout, much friendlier imho

I think it's only the HD box that gets the update...

From memory I think HD programming should be highlighted in a different colour to SD?

Got up this morning to see it for the first time. best bit is the program description in the guide with out pressing the i button.

Worst bit, for our lass anyway, (blind bint) is the channel numbers have shrunk!
