i,m using firefox and outlook for mail,can i delete tinternet exploder or will it effect the things that i leave on my compo?

i think internet explorer is an integral part of windows and can't be deleted.

It can be done, but it's not easy and can break stuff.

I wouldn't bother, just keep IE up to date and never use it.

Keep it - just tighten the ActiveX settings and use it for Flash-based sites. Firefox is excellent, but the Flash plugin doesn't seem to like heavy sites...
