Use of the word "Sevens" in a web site name?

Mornin' All,
I've been asked to do a website for the NI Sevens Racings series, just somewhere to post results, regs, photos, vids etc.
Thing is, will I get a letter from Caterham for using 'sevens' in the title? There already is a NI Se7ens club, don't wanna stand on their toes either!
I suspect it would be OK, but just wondering. Maybe I should contact them?
Any thoughts?

Cheers

Ali

If by using the title you are intending to steal business or mislead customers then its wrong...

If you are just wanting to use the title for a compeltely different product, and dont intend to try and proffit from the "trade name" of another company... I cant see what the problem is!!

i think, because you're making a website for a customer, i think they are responsible for its content, not really you. plus the rest of the above, you should be fine

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Thanks folks,
I'm gonna get it registered in the next day or two. Ultimately the race series is open to anyone with a Caterham too, and we're not actually making anything (except a mess!) hopefully it'll be fine.
Thanks again for the advice, I'll post a link when I get something up.
Cheers,
Ali

I'm sure you can't register a single number, I'd imagine that if the reader knows it's for "seven" style cars you should be fine.

If anyone kicks off I'd call it a "six plus one" to be an arse!
