Maximise pc performance
So I have defrag'd c drive.Are thes registry cleaners any good ? if so which one.Just trying to be a good housewife but no tools.Maybe the
windows clean disk is all I need to cos I have that

i have been using Ccleaner from piriform for a few months now, i would reccomend you give it a try.

I have been using it on occasion for a few years and so far no problems have cropped up after runnning it..
