Blog Rip?

I want to download my blog from the renault 21 site, to re-write it and make it more visually impacting, but i cant find out how to rip it down from the site, and the admin doesnt have any tools for this either.

Anyone done this before?

Kindest Regards,
Richard.

I use mozilla firefox, and have used the screengrab addon. If I find a thread i like or want to keep it gets saved as a jpeg.

In IE you used to be able to do "save for offline viewing" which let you set the scope of the save (how many links deep, follow links off-site etc) and just walk away and it does the work.

You could also look at the source - in FF it's

View - Page Source (or Ctrl-U)

If you look through until you get to your text then you can cut-and-paste it out to a word processor.

A bit of software I have used in the past that could rip websites was called blackwidow it was good because you could set it up to replicated the folder structure on you computer which is the same thats on the webserver.

Maybe worth a download, free trial I believe.

If you have MS word, in IE8 in the file menu there's a "edit with microsoft word" option. Just had a look at your blog and it opened it all in a word document when I tried it.
