A very sad loss of a true legend. My feelings go out to all who knew him well and there are a lot of them. The guy had a lot of time for all and was
always willing to help and give his advice and opinion to all who asked for it.
A true Gent who will be missed by all who had the honour of his company.

Some years back I knew a guy who was in the original WW2 outfit, he ended up as the RSM at the end of the war, he was exactly the same type of bloke
you just knew he got the job done.
