Hello all,
Has You Tube recently changed there download procedure, previously for as long as I can remember 5 years plus, select the video your interested in and
it will download (grey line) and after a small delay start playing the file, once the download has completed, the video can be played as many times as
you want if you leave the selected you tube video open, without redownloading again and again.
Now in the last week or so, everytime you replay the video it restarts the download again and again
