I think Frank Pickles underwrite some of their policies with Highway, who will maintain but not increase NCB, I have 7 years on mine with Highway
through A-plan.
edited to add, as I've just done mine: 25yo, 7yrs NCB, 2.1l Locost, agreed value £5500, Cat 2 immobiliser, 3000miles, parked on drive, 1
accident and associated CD10 in 2008. £185
