ripping cd's to iso to then create a flash drive

Calling all I.T Guru's

i need to create a flash drive from my windows home server disc.

apparently i need to rip the cd to iso and then mount this as a flash drive on a USB stick.

Can anyone recommend some free software to do this?

All the best

Alex

I had to do this very recently for the imminent arrival of my Raspberry Pi. They suggest using win32diskimager to write an image to a memory card.
