Zetec & Hayabusa Carbs
What do I need to run a my 1.8 Zetec Blacktop with Hayabusa carbs?
The engine is virgin (crated) - so no donor electrics to play with.
All and any advice welcomed.

An ignition system, such as megajolt or megasquirt or even omex. Depends on any future upgrades you may have in mind. Then you'll need a trigger
wheel fitted with sensor, map or tps sensor and coils for firing your plugs.

My advive would be, they are to big for a stock 1.8 road bassed car. Throttle will be more of a trigger with very little in the way of progression.

Unless I am mistaken hyabusa's were all fuel injected and therefore run throttle bodies?
Best to clarify if you are looking to run fuel injection or carbs and then more relevant advice can be given.

Unless you have the Busa throttle bodies, i'd hunt out a set of gsxr 750 ones, the busa bodies are only 3mm larger diameter ove the 750 (43 to
46) but it'll make intital throttle opening harder to map.
Have a took in my photo archive for the 750 ones mounted to a ST170 manifold.
