Pug 406 HDi clutch - difficult or straightforward?

A lad in work has a Peugeot 406 HDi of about 2001 vintage with a screaming clutch release bearing. The garage next door says it's a fiddly job to do a clutch on a 406. Is it though? Has anyone on here had experience of such a clutch and bearing swap and would like to share tales of woe or delight?

I did mine - fairly straight forward. No need to drop subframe and re alignment of the box not too bad. But I have got a ramp.

If it has the Getrag box be aware it is heavy to lift.
