OT - Downloading multiple pics ?

is there an easy way of downloading multiple pics in one hit from an online archive ?

at the moment I'm having to resort of opening each one in turn and right click saving it and there are a few thousand to do

as far as I can tell the are all in one folder and are numbered in order so there must be a way of doing this....

any thoughts ?

You can get the windows version of wget. It's a command line tool that allows you to download an entire website from a url downwards so downloading all the pictures from a single directory would be simple enough.

Alternatively there seems to be a gui wrapper around it here http://www.cybershade.us/winwget/ but I've not used it.
