Fitbit and kitcar
Amused me so I thought I'd share... Took the misses out for a spin in the car tonight. She's just looked on her fit but app to log
somthing?! And noticed that it had recorded our drive as exercise due to her heat rate LOL

Awesome, we did the GCC step challenge at work last year and my belt mounted step counter would always count driving the kit as plenty of exercise
too! suspension too hard maybe??

Tracked it as a bike ride apparently... Goes of heart rate, duration and gps distance. Found it hilarious, she must have been excited... Or scared!

Have the poor mans Xiaomi Mi band, and my 40 mile commute to work and back equals 8000 steps... Have met my "walking" target each day
this week so far

The heart rate is obviously nothing to do with exercise, so can only be.......

engines!).....it thought I'd done a 20 minute bike ride!

Garmin counts pretty significant steps when driving the 7 miles to work in my tintop. Seems a bit mental to me.
