Never had any problems with it, just make sure you have some good virus software. I wouldn't let the kids have unrestricted access though, theres a lot of stuff on there I wouldn't want to have to explain to my kids!!!

I've got NAV and Internet security Updated twice a week. It does not stop this adware poo though But it does detect it when I do a virus scan weekly.

I use it a lot, 30% has spyware attached, but AVG seems to splat that everytime.

I have found that if something is too good to be true, it probably is (eg. Photoshop CS c/w crack is bound to be a bit dodgy!)

Limewire is good. I've used it a lot. But it's still illegal isn't it?
Cheers

John
Not sure if it illegal in GB...

...Could be used for freeware downloads, indie music, and linux distros. (legal)

Usually it is used for grabbing music, finding properitary software and OSes, porn, and ...uh nope thats about it. (not really legal)

I have used Shareza, limewire, emule, and bittorrent then bitlord...for educational purposes. Bittorent is quite FAST but you have to find the link first...
