Graphics/Chipset Card Problem
Everytime I try and load my TV card a blue screen flashes up saying something about memory, its isnt there long so i cant read it all, then my laptop
resets.
It worked a few weeks ago, then i remember i was trying to play a game recently and it wouldnt run so i had a look at my graphics card in device
manager and it said it wasnt working properly. So i downloaded the drivers again from the SIS website and the game worked. But now the TV doesnt
work.
The TV card is a Hauppauge DEC2000
and the graphics card is a SIS 650 chipset.
I have checked on the Hauppauge website and it says the TV card freezes the PC it ay need a Bios update, i have searched the SIS website, but cant
anything useful.
Any ideas what the problem may be and and do i update the Bios, on the Hauppauge website it says what settings to change in the bios.
Cheers

Ahh the BSOD...takes me back to Win95
Have you tried uninstalling your TV card, and reinstalling it now you have got the right graphics drivers? It might not like it much that all the
software settings have changed.
